Just a quick post! Am really looking forward to my MRI brain scan tomorrow, is that strange? I guess whichever way it goes it will be nice to have some answers. Unfortunately I have now been deemed unfit to fly, which means our much-anticipated trip to Australia next week is now off. I know, it sucks (am I allowed to say that? I don't know!) Anyway, it does. However I have been reading the Forum this afternoon and as always, it doesn't take long to realise that there is always someone worse off than yourself. And on the positive side, I have just added up the grand total of the money I made from Trade Me and it adds up to over $3,500! I used $1,000 to help out with the bills but there is still $2,500 safely sitting there - although not for long with $1,000 spent in medical bills this week and another $700 spent on my car (for a replacement part that doesn't even blasted work, grrr). Still, it's money that we wouldn't have had otherwise and I am thanking my lucky stars that we have it now.
So it won't be next week, but hopefully it won't be too long before we land on Aussie shores and soak up the sunshine! You will all be getting a peek at the book now before I do, so do drop me a line and let me know what it's like. Not long to wait now! ;-)
