Harvested our first crop of ginger today.....
We also have a few small bits that are going to be planted out for next years crop as well...
We got 500g of edible ginger from 3 pieces no bigger than matchboxes.... They went in around September last year so we are fairly happy with what we got.... Will be freezing for later use..... .
Also have an oversupply of flat leaf parsley & heaps of Panama Passion fruit at the moment...
